Art On İstanbul is delighted to present in the gallery the selection originally prepared for this year’s (postponed) edition of Contemporary Istanbul. Wanting to share the “new” works produced by its represented artists without delay, the gallery emphasizes the vitality of ongoing production under difficult circumstances with this presentation on view between December 15–31.
During these extraordinary times, our priority has been to support our artists and contribute to the uninterrupted continuation of their practice. Except in cases of necessity, we kept our gallery open and maintained our exhibition program. The interest shown by our visitors and collectors—both in the gallery space and on social media—has been the most rewarding acknowledgment of these efforts.
